Full-Time Loan Operations Specialist/Processor and Mortgage Funding:
M&S Bank is seeking a full-time (40 hour) Loan Operations Specialist located in Gainesville. This individual will be responsible for booking all new consumer and commercial loans and renewals. Process entries to book mortgage loans to secondary market. Manage construction loans during the construction period (processing draw request, monthly reporting etc). Assist Mortgage Closer in follow up on outstanding documentation. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent customer service skills and excellent verbal and written skills. 2 to 3 years Loan Administration Required. Apply at any M&S Bank location.
