The first time you call our system you will be asked to create a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN),
You will first need to enter your M&S Bank account number followed by the pound sign. To create your PIN you will need the last 4-digits of the primary account holders Social Security Number and the amount of your last deposit (to the nearest dollar).
Business account customers will need to contact us during normal business hours to setup your initial PIN(please call (352) 264-7101 from 8am to 5pm).
To setup a Loan Account you will need the primary account holders Date of Birth along with the Social Security Number. This is a one-time special security measure.
Once you have established your PIN you will be asked to change your PIN every 90-days. If at anytime during the use of our telephone banking system you would like to speak to an operator, please press 0 and you will be transferred to our operator during normal business hours.
